Bui Tuong Phong
Bui Tuong Phong (born 19?? in Vietnam- 1998) was a computer graphics researcher and pioneer.
Phong was the inventor of the Phong reflection model, an illumination technique widely used in computer graphics. Phong published in 1973 the description of the algorithm in his PhD thesis, "Illumination for Computer Generated Images".
