Allison Joseph

Star Chef Allison Joseph was born in Tucson, Arizona and grew up in Tucson and Naples, Florida. She studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris as well as the Culinary Institute of America, and trained under numerous top chefs, before opening her first restaurant. A summer resident of Martha's Vineyard, her New England roots are evident in her seafood specialties, especially her prized stuffed Quahogs and Clam chowder. She now owns and operates 17 restaurants around the world, and is the author of 6 best-selling cookbooks.
